Council Tool 30" Halligan Tool | Tuned and Dressed
Made In USA
A Halligan tool is used primarily in forcible entry applications. The Council version of the TD30 Halligan tool, is one piece forged 4140 alloy steel. Each end is heat treated for max strength and endurance. Use the fork, pike and pry for leverage and strength. The widths and tapers are intended to allow easy penetration. The Council Tool Halligan tool features an index mark at 5/8" and 1.75", a 2" wide offset Adze with 30" radial arc and reference line, a flat side target for stryker/axe. The 4.5" pike is tapered to snap padlocks, break windows and breach walls. On the fork end, there's a gap between for pulling "key-in-knob" and the forks are "tuned" to penetrate tight doorways. A clear lacquer coat prevents rust and promotes longevity.
