The Council Tool McLeod tool is a combination of a rake and a hoe, primarily used in Wildland Firefighting and for controlled or prescribed burns. Used to clear brush and debris, a McLeod Tool is also used to dig fire lines. The blade is heat treated and is coated with a black enamel, ensuring strength, durability and rust resistance. 48" American Ash handle and Made in the USA.
