Equipment Status Safety Tag: OK To Use | 25 pk
Equipment Status & Inspection Safety Tags
Use safety tags to clearly identify when equipment has been inspected and is safe to use. These tags help keep personnel informed by providing a quick visual reference to the current status of machinery, tools, and other workplace equipment.
Designed for maintenance and safety programs, these record tags provide multiple lines for documenting inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities over time. Workers can easily see the last recorded inspection and the current status of equipment at a glance, helping ensure only approved equipment is placed into service.
Recording information directly at the equipment location improves communication, supports efficient audits, and helps maintenance teams quickly identify items that require attention or corrective action.
