Made with the highest quality materials, the 264S-5 3/4 ton Cable Puller utilizes a one piece aluminum alloy ratchet wheel, non-slip plastic grips, OSHA recommended safety latches, high strength, electro-plated steel parts, drop forged steel slip hooks and a "Notch-at-a-time" letdown.
