Utilizing the same "solid blind technology" as all of the other Sportsmans Condos Hunting Blinds, the Sportsmans Bow Condo is tailored to the Bow Hunter but will also work well for hunters using firearms. Ideal for Bow hunting, the Bow Condo Hunting Blind features 3 vertical bow windows measuring 24" x 16" and (3) 18" x 9" Gun Windows. Allowing plenty of room for drawing your bow, the Bow Condo Hunting Blind has a 6' (72") Diameter and a 7' (82") height. As with all the Sportsmans Condos hunting blinds, the Bow Condo Hunting Blind won't rust, features no rot construction and molded sides, floor and room for a stronger, quieter hunting blind. The Sportsmans Bow Condo comes completely assembled and this is the fully loaded model which includes the windows and base. No need to build a platform, just insert your 4x4s. Features of the Bow Condo include bow hook, 2 built-in shelves and a lockable door.

Cross-bracing your Hunting Blind: The Sportsmans Condo Hunting Blind should be cross-braced. You do not need to worry about cross-bracing the front (under the door), as the ladder rungs will sufficiently brace this area. Cross-brace the front right leg to the back right leg, then cross-brace the front left left to the back left leg. Then, cross-brace the back two legs. Please note, it will be odd, but you will have to screw in the brace on the edge of the legs in the back. You are not going to be able to brace a flat piece of wood to a flat piece of wood.

Delivery Information: The Sportsmans Bow Condo Hunting Blind weighs about 385 lbs and due to its size, ships by 18 Wheeler. Someone must be there at the time of delivery. • Sportsman's Condo Solid One Piece Hunting Blinds make for a better hunting experience because they provide you with a safe, solid, no-rust/no-rot blind which keeps you out of the weather and allows you to spend more quality time in the field. The Sportsman's Condo Solid One Piece Hunting Blind is made of durable, all-weather polyethylene for years of maintenance free use.

• Sportsman's Condo Solid One Piece Hunting Blinds can be elevated easily and quickly using the “All-In-One-Base” by simply using 4×4 wood posts for legs. It can also be used as a ground blind or you can build your own platform to set it in.

• Sportsman's Condo Solid One Piece Hunting Blinds are best used with 4×4 treated wood posts versus metal legs, because using 4×4 wood posts allow you too vary the height of the SC Blind to accommodate your individual hunting situation. It also allows the hunter to move the stand easier if so desired.  Additionally, metal poles can be cost prohibitive, when shipping fees are taken into consideration, and the wood posts are a more economical, equally sufficient, if not better, option.

• Sportsman's Condo Solid One Piece Hunting Blinds do not have a "written" warranty, however, the manufacturer will replace any defects in material or workmanship. They do NOT cover acts of God.

• If your SC Hunting Blind is damaged during shipping, refuse the shipment and DO NOT sign for it. Although the freight companies do an outstanding job, sometimes accidents happen.  When your SC Hunting Blind arrives be sure to inspect it thoroughly.  If the unit is damaged  (which rarely happens), CONTACT US immediately and we will work with the freight company directly to take care of the issue. Be advised, once you sign the paperwork, the freight company is relieved of all responsibility and the unit becomes your property.

• It is strongly recommended to secure your SC Hunting Blind to the ground for your safety and to protect your investment. We offer an Anchor Kit that allows you to quickly and easily fasten the SC to the ground. If you prefer not to purchase the Anchor Kit, there are several other ways to safely secure the unit.

• Weight from heavy snow will not be an issue with Sportsman's Condo Hunting Blinds because of it's solid one-piece construction.

• The windows on SC Hunting Blinds are designed to fold down and out of the way. You'll notice, the windows and door of these hunting blinds are completely silent due to the “Quiet Seal Technology”. The windows are made of an all-weather acrylic, and are held closed with a spring-loaded latch. Sliding windows are not used because they have been known to be noisy, can freeze shut, and restrict gun movement.

• The Sportsman's Condo Hunting blinds which accommodate two persons and three persons feature a lockable door, however, all of the SC Hunting Blinds (including the one person blind), can; be locked with a pad lock. Please note, the manufacturer and Farm And Land assume no responsibility for any items left in a Sportsman’s Condo, even if locked.

• With the barrel of your firearm pointed out of the window, the solid walls on SC Hunting Blinds actually act as sound protection from the blast.

• SC Hunting Blinds are a charcoal black color which blends in nicely with the grey and black shadows seen during hunting season. If you feel the need to “camo” your Condo, use a spray paint made specifically for plastics. “Fusion” is one made by Dupont’s Krylon brand and bonds with the molecules in the polyethylene. It can be found in hardware and home improvement stores.

• Southern Outdoor Technologies (mfr) and Sportsman's Condo Hunting Blinds make NO CLAIM to be bear proof. Certainly, being in a solid one-piece hunting blind offers more safety than other blinds, but when using these hunting blinds, you do so at your own risk.

• SC Hunting Blinds are mostly pest and rodent proof, however, there could be some small openings around the door. It is recommended to use a fly strip for the inside if you are concerned about hornets or wasps during the off season.

• It is recommended for liability reasons, to use  “10-legs Max” on your All-In-One-Base which will put you at a 14' eye level. (this limit is a liability issue, not a strength issue.)

• Condo Hunting Blinds can be elevated with the All-In-One-Base. The SC will come with a complete set of instructions and safety precautions. Basically, you will set the unit on its back, insert the legs, stand-up and cross-brace. Usually two healthy men can stand the unit upright.  The whole process takes just 30 minutes.

• If approved for "INDOOR USE", a heater (such as a tent heater) can be used in the Sportsman's Condo. Coleman makes several nice units approved for indoor use.  We recommend that you keep at least one window open for proper ventilation.  If you ever experience dizziness or  headache, immediately turn off the heater, open all windows and very carefully, exit the blind.

The Sportsman's Condo Hunting Blind ships on an 18 wheeler. For the purpose of ordering online, we have a flat rate shipping charge of $399.95 added to this Hunting Blind which should be considered an "estimate". However, please note, while most shipments come in around the flat rate, many factors affect the final, actual shipping cost. Your specific shipping cost may be higher or lower than the flat $399 charge. For example, shipments to locations in the South and Southeast are usually lower than those going to the Northeast, Northwest and the West Coast. Shipments to farms and residences cost more than shipments to commercial locations. Depending on the delivery location, we may use different carriers which have a better track record for your area. The addition of a LIFT GATE to help you get the hunting blind off the truck is NOT included in the flat rate price.
