Tops A-Klub Machete
12.38" Blade, 17.88" Overall
TOPS Knives is known for three core qualities: their differentially heat-treated 1095 blades, unique and highly durable designs, and frequent collaboration with outside creators. The A-Klub represents all three—and it’s the first TOPS model designed by a woman.
Created by Amanda Kaye, known for her appearances on Naked and Afraid and her extensive background in hunting and traditional Native American skills, the A-Klub reflects her experience with demanding outdoor tasks. Its design draws inspiration from the form of a traditional “gunstock” tool, adapting those influences into a practical, modern cutting implement.
The blade’s forward-sweeping edge broadens toward the tip, allowing it to chop with efficiency similar to a Kukri-style tool. The handle flares slightly at the base, providing a more secure hold during heavy-use tasks. A dangler-style Kydex sheath with a beta loop keeps the tool secure while also allowing it to move naturally as you walk, reducing snagging in tall grass or brush.
For those who appreciate Kukri-inspired designs but want something with a unique twist, the A-Klub offers a distinctive and functional outdoor tool.
