Made with Titanium Alloy Steel to reduce bending, GB Bars have proven to be the strongest harvester bars available. GB KE36-122BC is a 3/4" Pitch, 36" long, harvester bar featuring a replaceable sprocket nose/tip. The replaceable sprocket nose tip features a machined edge and high tensile rivets which control chipping. The nose/tip has been manufactured to exacting tolerances to maintain precision clearances for sprocket rotation. "Lube Direct" internal oil feeder grooves force the lubrication direct to the bearings, which provides less sprocket heating, keeping it cool and extending the nose life. Designed to exceed OEM specs, GB Replaceable Sprocket Nose/Tip Harvester Bars are designed to fit most applicable cutting systems. They are produced with the highest quality alloy steel available and are uniquely blended with real Titanium® which results in the hardest and toughest harvester bar on the market.
